How does Newsletter Administrator work?

Newsletter Administrator is a "pay per send" Newsletter Manager, we provide the tools to create and manage multiple mailing lists webbased.

Create a mailing list, add a description cut and paste the form html code into your website with your site looks and start creating a member or customer email database. Send weekly updates or news about your website to all your members or customers in your database.

Their is no limit on how many mailing lists you can create.

Can I create custom opt-in forms?

Yes you can as long you define the mailing list(s) where your customer or member must be a part of. Below two examples.

Example 1:

This form could be used to opt-in on one mailing list or opt-in on several mailing lists at once.

Example 2:

This form is used when you have several mailing lists and you want to give your visitors, clients and potential customers the opportunity to select which newsletter they would like to opt-in to.

What happens when an email bounces?

Handling bounced emails is an automatic process. If an email bounces due to an email address not being found on the destination server, the email address will be deleted from your database and the bounced counter will be increased by one. If a timeout occures, Newsletter Administrator will try for to deliver your newsletter for 2 days. If NLA does not able to deliver the email the email address will be deleted from your database and your bounce counter will be increased by one.

What happens if a customer replies to an email button?

When replying to an email, a message will be addressed to the addressee you entered in the preferences page as originator of the email. You can customize the originator of the email when setting up your newsletters.

Can I Send attachments with AutoResponder?

Yes, we call this function "FileResponder". Just click the "Get AutoResponder code" in the Newsletter Management area and select the file you want to attach to your Autoresponder Letter. Paste the ready to use html code in you page and your all set to go.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes, when you are a member of NewsletterAdministrator.com you can get links in the refcenter area to insert into your website. These will earn you a 20% referral bonus of the initial balance added by a new member which you referred.
