Copyright, the content, design, compilation and other matters are designed by NewsletterAdministrator to contact us about the application design do send an email to michael@newsletteradministrator.com. NewsletterAdministrator.com is not responsible for the images or other content which users of newsletteradministrator use to advertise to their customers.

Membership:
We reserve the right to cancel a membership without further notice and no refunds of any balance if a customer of newsletteradministrator does not obey the terms of use outlined here.

NewsletterAdministrator.com is strongly against spamming. Sending emails to members or customers who did not subscribe to your mailing list or use your services or products is prohibited and will cause in a cancelation of your membership with no refunds of any balance.

You are also not authorized to keep more files of a total size tham 8 mb in your upload directory if this will occure newsletteradministrator keeps the right to delete data without any warning although we will try to keep the user informed about these kind of actions.

Any balance added into your account is not refundable by any means. You are responseable to keep your password secret and your account is not transferable. Newsletteradministrator keeps the right to change pricing of services offered on this site without any notice to its customers.

Email Address:
The email address you enter in the Membership Information must be a valid email address and must be updated whenever your contact details change.

Data integrity:
We are not responseable for any lost data. NewsletterAdministrator creates backups once a day, if you accidently delete files a restore is possible at the amount mentioned on our website.

Newsletter:
By joining and or using the Newsletteradministrator service you agree to recieve from time to time (a maximum of 4 a year) the Newsletteradministrator newsletter.

Privacy Policy:
NewsletterAdministrator does not collect any personal information without the user's permission. All personal information will only be available to NewsletterAdministrator. All your data and mailinglists are not sold or given to third party's or used by us (NewsletterAdministrator.com). We do use cookies for tracking purposes but are strongly against spamming, to report unsolliceted email visit our spam page.
