We reserve the right to cancel a membership without further notice and no refunds of any balance if a client of newsletteradministrator does not abide by the terms of use outlined here. Sending emails to members or customers who did not subscribe to your mailing list or use your services or products is prohibited and will cause in a cancellation of your membership with no refunds of any balance. You are also not authorized to keep more files of a total size than 8 mb in your upload directory if this will occur newsletteradministrator keeps the right to delete data without any warning although we will try to keep the user informed about these kind of actions. Any balance added into your account is not refundable by any means. You are responsible to keep your password secret and your account is not transferable. Newsletteradministrator keeps the right to change pricing of services offered on this site without any notice to his customers

We are not responsible for any lost data. NewsletterAdministrator creates backups once a day, if you accidentally delete files a restore is possible at the amount mentioned on our website.

All your data and mailing lists are not sold or given to third party's or used by us (NewsletterAdministrator.com).
